CASA WURSTER GENERAL INFORMATION
Located on the southeastern tip of Puerto Rico, just outside of Patillas, our 15-acre property features 3 lovely vacation rental homes with panoramic mountain and Caribbean views, private pools, pickleball, hiking trails and a “must see” scenic lookout area at the top of the property.
You will love being able to relax in the privacy of your own home while having the option to enjoy all that the Casa Wurster property offers. In the unlikely event of a power outage, all of our homes are equipped with automatic backup generators. You are in good hands while staying at a Casa Wurster vacation home!
If we have guests staying on our main property, we allow them to pass through the Beach Bliss property on a sidewalk at the edge of the yard to get to the beach, just as we allow Beach Bliss guests access to hiking, pickleball and the lookout area on our main property.
Please make sure that everyone in your group understands and will follow our rules. We have neighbors nearby and it is important our rules are followed. Thank you for respecting our homes and our neighbors!
BEACHFRONT Gated «Beach Bliss» House
Located in Bo. Bajo Patillas, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs, with beautiful terrazzo floors. Vaulted ceilings add to the charm and openness of the living room and kitchen. A third private bedroom is located off the covered lower patio, as is the second full bath, separate from the rest of the home. For comfortable sleeping, each bedroom has its own individually controlled air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. PLEASE NOTE: Maximum people 7.
While BEACH BLISS does not have a pool in its yard, MAY - NOVEMBER, you will have access to your own private pool to use during your stay. (NO POOL DECEMBER - APRIL.) BEACH BLISS guests are typically assigned to our QUESTOVER pool, located across the street on our main property, up the hill and shown in the photos with the Caribbean and mountain views. Occasionally, depending on our rental schedule, your group may be upgraded to our SEA VIEW or SEA BREEZE pool for all or part of your stay. These pools are also located across the street from Beach Bliss, just inside the entrance to Casa Wurster.
Nightly rate: $390/night, $200 cleaning fee. $500 refundable damage deposit. 15% off the nightly rate for ERGPR members.
*Beach Bliss does not have a pool available from December to April, but guests still have access to all of Casa Wurster's other amenities: hiking, pickle ball, basketball, and corn hole.

Rules of Casa Wurster
QUIET/TRANQUIL HOURS: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. daily. No activity will be carried on which will disturb other neighbors.
SEA VIEW POOL HOURS (due to the proximity of our neighbors): 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
MUSIC: NO LOUD MUSIC at any time.
MINIMUM AGE: Primary renter must be at least 30 years old.
MAXIMUM PEOPLE: Beach Bliss—7, Sea Breeze—9, Sea View—9.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: No additional guests are permitted on the property without written consent from Casa Wurster.
