WELCOME TO A SPACE OF CONNECTION...We are located in the geographic center of Puerto Rico in the picturesque town of Orocovis. A Hacienda that represents history, ancestors in the agriculture and coffee industry.

With LA PROMESA AND OTHER COFFEE PLANT LOTS in operation, where you can not only practice hiking to connect with nature, but also to learn about coffee. Through a QR Code you can walk our paths and learn about the coffee industry and our history.

Visit our Hacienda during this time of "Harvest 2023-2024" and enjoy the interactive tours or guided tours on specific dates whenever you want.

Hacienda Moraica is divided into two areas found in the middle of the greenery and vegetation of our fields.

The remodeled mansion, LA HEREDAD, is part of the original coffee hacienda from 1945. It has 12 “lexury” rooms with preserved elements, as well as a semi-colonial and bohemian design. Its beautiful balconies and windows connect you with immense mountains that will accompany you throughout your stay.

The VILLAS have 13 spacious, fully equipped apartments, where you can enjoy a mountain stay with family and friends and participate in activities in the countryside between mountains and nature.
